Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Specialist based in Makati, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Property Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable real estate properties. Key tasks include handling property inquiries, guiding buyers through the sales process, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role also involves staying informed about current market trends to provide expert advice on both residential and commercial real estate opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively
- Basic knowledge or experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate sectors
- Proven ability in Sales, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing transactions
- Proficiency in understanding market dynamics and applying this knowledge to client interactions
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferred
