Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati for a Property Specialist. The Property Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting them in identifying suitable real estate options. Daily tasks include promoting residential and commercial properties, conducting property viewings, building relationships with prospective buyers, negotiating sales, and meeting sales targets, while ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Knowledge and expertise in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
• Proficiency in Sales and the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
• Passion for real estate and thorough understanding of market trends
• Experience in a sales or real estate-related role is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
