1. know-how on lease-hold rights

2. know-how on real estate internet selling particularly Airbnb business

3. wide networks of expats & clients who wants to have an Airbnb business or long term residential lease here in the Philippines

4. residing near BGC Taguig, Makati or willing to commute or relocate near the project site

5. has willingness to report to BGC office/showroom and do sales activities (online & offline)
