Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mandaluyong, with the flexibility to work from home. As a Property Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing residential real estate. Your responsibilities will include engaging with potential clients to present properties, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and assisting with leasing and property management tasks. You will also support the team in meeting sales targets and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Knowledge or experience in Residential Real Estate industries
• Proven ability in Sales with a focus on achieving performance targets and closing deals
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and work in a collaborative environment
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Real estate license or willingness to obtain one is an advantage
• Experience in the Philippine real estate market will be an asset
