Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Property Specialist role located in Pasig, Quezon City and Bonifacio Global City. The Property Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties, engaging with potential clients, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process. The role involves conducting market research, coordinating site visits, preparing sales proposals, and securing property transactions. The candidate will work closely with a dynamic team to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close transactions effectively
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the real estate market and trends is an advantage
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and tasks
• Experience in customer relationship management or client-facing roles
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a professional demeanor
• Familiarity with property laws and documentation is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
