Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or other equivalent related courses.
  • At least ten (10) years of work experience in Project Management (Waterfall and Agile).
  • Experience in IT Application Development and Infrastructure.
  • Preferably with experience in Train Systems.
  • Project management certification is an advantage (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2).

Job Description:


  • Take full responsibility for the end-to-end management and coordination, definition, documentation, and satisfactory completion of projects.
  • Ensure all PM processes from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control to project closure (e.g., Kickoff, PM plans, risk control, project closeout) are completed, including proper monitoring and control of project and change management.
  • Communicate regular project status and financial reviews of assigned projects.
  • Conduct proper handover of projects for warranty and/or maintenance phase to the Service Delivery Manager and/or Maintenance team upon project closure.
  • Maintain a proper repository of project documents and ensure adherence to ISO9001 quality objectives and project delivery lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular cadence meetings for both internal and external customers/stakeholders as appropriate and maintain timely communication with all stakeholders.
  • Adhere to and practice compliance with the health and safety requirements of the company, project requirements, and applicable laws.
  • Ensure accurate financial forecasting and reporting of all company projects, including sales forecasts, customer and supplier billings and payments, inventory turnovers, expense control, and project profitability.
  • Execute the communication plan throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Undertake consultations with stakeholders to ensure that objectives and requirements for the successful completion of each project phase are fully understood and delivered.
  • Organize necessary resources, including procurement and manpower, and provide effective leadership to the project team. Take appropriate action when team performance deviates from agreed tolerances.
  • Facilitate open communication and discussion between stakeholders, using feedback to assess and promote understanding of the need for future changes in services, products, and systems.
  • Adhere to the Project Management Governance Guidelines of the company.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as related to your role in the company.
