Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overall delivery governance for all engagements for a major insurer in PH
- Demand management with various service lines, for the on-going / planned engagements
- Contract management with Sales connect in PH and timely renewal actions
- People management & connect with service line delivery- those working in Philippines working for our customer
- Client stakeholder relationships & overall governance, mitigating issues and uplifting delivery
- Driving Organization initiatives on delivery - like innovations, etc.
- Actively participate & contribute in P&L forecasts for the specific customer account(s)
- Account mining - Generating additional business / continuity on the on-going initiatives
- Work closely with Sales connect in PH & Market Delivery in upcoming / planned initiatives, RFP, etc.
- Ensuring timesheet compliance for all onshore PH associates - timely actions to avoid internal penalties
- Actively engage and drive client governance meetings
- Thorough understanding & hands on pricing models of Cognizant
Qualifications:
- Has Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or any related field.
- Must have 10+ years of project management experience and have proven track record in working in IT Services industry
- Should have strong delivery governance experience including budget/financial management/P&L/vendor management
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Has background in insurance industry (preferred)
- Must be amenable to work on a day shift schedule
- Must be amenable to work in a hybrid setup (3x a week RTO in Taguig office)
