We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Project Manager to lead the introduction and integration of new hardware into the customer network. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing end-to-end hardware introduction.

In this role, you'll also take charge of Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS) and ensure we meet both our own high standards and those of our valuable customers.

You'll be responsible for maintaining total compliance with group directives, legal and financial guidelines, as well as global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS) requirements. Ensuring data security and privacy are paramount in our connected world, a task you will take on with diligence. Together with your team, the Customer Project Manager role will drive value and benefit our customers, as well as contributing to Ericsson's continued growth and excellence.



What you will do:

  • Ensure alignment between contract commitments and delivery through pre-sales CFR activities.
  • Manage customer expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the team to introduce new hardware smoothly into the customer's network and integrate it with their existing processes and systems.
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan for approval and lead its execution to successful completion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment during delivery.
  • Address and resolve issues promptly while sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee financial performance to meet target Unadjusted Margin.
  • Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, including status updates, meeting notes, and technical configurations.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and budget to stakeholders and management.
  • Deliver projects within scope, budget, timeline, and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all legal and environmental requirements.
  • Safeguard data accuracy to support timely and reliable reporting.

Qualification:

  • University Degree in Engineering (IT or Telecom) or the equivalent
  • Minimum 12 years+ of work experience in Telecommunications
  • Must be willing to relocate to Davao/CDO
