About the position:

The Project Management Executive will be responsible for the smooth and efficient management of the end-to-end coordination of multiple projects for the set of countries. He / She is responsible for planning, commissioning, and monitoring the activities to successfully complete assigned primary market research projects.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Will manage the day-to-day needed for the project life cycle
  • Work with Senior Project managers to ensure everything follows the timeline and schedule
  • Check and validate scripting and data processing input/output materials
  • Attend meetings to provide clarity to all key project stakeholders
  • Drive the strategic plans to achieve the objectives of the given project
  • Key communication to report problems that arise on the given tasks in the project
  • Responsible for troubleshooting steps and actions taken
  • Responsible for achieving KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and SLA (Service Level Agreement) performance on deliverables to the stakeholders (i.e. CS, DM, Scripting, DP, etc)

Role Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4 years course in Business, Communication, Management or any other related course
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Interested or with basic knowledge of Market Research
  • With organizational skills, data-oriented, and keen on details
  • Process-oriented, solution provider, decision maker
  • Effective team player
  • Flexible in given tasks and meeting deadlines
