Maintains over-all safety of project site including proper housekeeping.
Collates punch lists and ensures that all are completed within acceptable limits and prescribed deadline.
Identifies project risks and recommends mitigation to all project stakeholders.
Devises action plan for site issues/concerns promptly considering the most cost effective measure.
Attends meetings including alignment meetings with project stakeholders.
Prepares, updates and monitors project reports (including cost reports) for management reference and update.
Evaluates and recommends billing requests of contractors/suppliers for payment processing.
Conducts walkthrough with all project stakeholders/client (designer, end user and construction groups)
POST CONSTRUCTION
Handles the settlement and closing of project accounts to all stakeholders (vendors/contractors etc.) which includes the preparation and review of billing requests.
Assesses contractor's performance through evaluation form as part of post-construction documentation. – Contractors Evaluation
Prepares / Participates in the review of the project's close out report to the immediate leader for checking and client's acceptance. – Close Out Reports
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
A valid professional license is essential.
Candidates with 3 years of relevant experience are preferred, but not required.
Open to fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn.
Willing to be deployed to any location based on organizational needs.
