Floor Plan Designer

The Floor Plan Designer is responsible for managing end-to-end floor plan design projects of moderate complexity, primarily for events and exhibitions. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, spatial planning expertise, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and venue management.

What You'll Do:

• Independently design, manage, and finalize floor plans for small to mid-scale events.
• Optimize layouts to enhance attendee experience, traffic flow, and exhibitor visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all event requirements are accurately captured and implemented.
• Provide input on design improvements, technical feasibility, and space utilization.
• Conduct site inspections or virtual walkthroughs to validate proposed layouts.
• Train and mentor junior designers on tools, workflows, and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in event floor planning, exhibition layout design, or similar disciplines.
• Proficient in CAD software with the ability to produce accurate and detailed layouts.
• Familiarity with venue specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination across departments.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
