We are looking for:
Associate Project Manager with comprehensive experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with contractual and organizational goals. Skilled in leading cross-functional teams, coordinating project timelines, mitigating risks, and driving on-time delivery while upholding quality standards. Adept at stakeholder communication, managing scope changes, and delivering complete project documentation to achieve successful client acceptance and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Project Initiation
- Review the project Charter, Bidding Documents, and Contract upon receiving a Notice of Award or Guaranteed Purchase Order.
- Define the project scope in collaboration with the in-house or outsourced implementation and support teams.
- Develop a project timeline based on the Term of Reference (TOR) or Contract Scope of Work.
- Lead the Project Kickoff, presenting objectives, timelines, requirements, and team roles.
2.Project Execution
- Oversee project deployment, ensuring implementation activities are scheduled and completed on time.
- Report project status and progress to the Team Leader and Directors are required (daily, weekly, or monthly)
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
3.Project Monitoring and Controlling
- Coordinate with stakeholders regarding changes in project scopre, timeline, and cost due to unforeseen risks or scopre adjustments.
- Track and manage project issues, including delays, unexpected costs, and additional workload.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and project objectives.
4.Project Closing
- Prepare and submit required project completion documents, including Completion Reports and As-Built Documents, as specified in the TOR.
- Ensure the timely submission of the Certificate of Completion and Acceptance (COCA).
- Gather and document Customer Satisfaction feedback from the End User.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in project management/coordination, preferably in IT, software development, or system implementation.
- Experience in handling government and enterprise-level projects is an advantage.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of project documentation, including Project Charters, TORs, and Bidding Documents.
- Familiarity with IT system deployment, implementation processes, and risk assessment.
- Ability to track and manage project issues and timelines.
- Preferred has Certifications but not required: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), ITIL Certification or Agile/Scrum Certification is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder coordinator and reporting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and drive project success.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to assess risks and provide mitigation strategies.
- Negotiation skills for managing changes in project scope, timeline, and costs.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
