Position: Technical Business Analyst
Work setup: Onsite in Muntinlupa
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings.
- Analyze and document business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE), identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
- Create detailed functional and technical specifications, including process flows, business rules, and system interactions.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items in JIRA.
- Work closely with product owners, developers, QA, and automation teams to ensure accurate implementation.
- Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with RPA teams to design, review, and validate automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.
- Define and execute test cases, support bot testing, UAT coordination, defect triage, and regression testing.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, technical standards, security, and compliance requirements.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment of business needs with technical solutions.
- Provide post-implementation support, documentation updates, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong experience in Business Analysis within technology-driven or automation-led environments.
- Hands-on experience with RPA / Intelligent Automation initiatives (Automation Anywhere preferred).
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile documentation practices.
- Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent skills in process modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving.
- Experience in testing lifecycle management, including UAT and automation testing.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in fast-paced delivery environments.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism).
- Exposure to APIs, integrations, or system architecture concepts.
- Background in digital transformation, shared services, or enterprise platforms.
- Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications.
