We are looking for a
Business Analyst with
QA experience to support both requirement analysis and quality assurance processes. This role focuses on stakeholder coordination, documentation, and ensuring that business needs are clearly communicated to the development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business and functional requirements through stakeholder discussions
- Create and maintain documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FS), and user stories
- Develop process flows, diagrams, and business models using tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or similar
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment
- Define clear and testable acceptance criteria for all requirements
- Evaluate and communicate the impact of requirement changes on scope, timeline, and resources
- Support project teams throughout the development lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in documentation (BRD, FS, user stories, etc.)
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience in IT or software projects
