Job Description

We're looking for Project Coordinator to bring your talent Noventiq Philippines. You'll be a part of our Delivery Services team.

Job Overview : The Project Coordinator is an entry-level project management role responsible for supporting delivery of small-scale projects and Proof of Concepts (PoCs), while assisting Project Managers in larger engagements. (The project team may consist of i.e. Account Manager, Solution Sales, Architects, Delivery Engineer, etc.). In addition, this role may be responsible for managing third-party vendor efforts to plan and implement Noventiq solutions.

Job Functions

Project Execution & Coordination

  • Support planning, execution, and closure of small projects and PoCs.
  • Assist Project Managers in administrative and coordination tasks for larger projects.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely delivery of project tasks.
  • Support definition of project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with customer requirements.

Project Governance & Documentation

  • Apply predefined project governance processes and standards.
  • Develop and maintain key project documents: Project plan, Project charter, Risk matrix, issue log.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Support change management processes and track impact on scope, timeline, and cost.
  • Support establishment of project reporting cadence and status reporting formats.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track project progress, timelines, risks, and issues.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Cost & Resource Tracking

  • Assist in tracking project costs and budgets.
  • Monitor resource utilization and highlight variances.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

  • Support stakeholder communication and ensure alignment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, track deliverables, and ensure alignment with project requirements.

Continuous Improvement

  • Track and measure project performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support lessons learned and knowledge sharing activities.

Position Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project support role.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, PRINCE2, etc.).
  • Experience in IT services / system integration environment is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
  • Good stakeholder communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project tracking tools (e.g., Zoho, MS Project, Excel etc.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft project environments (M365, Azure-based delivery projects) is a plus.
