Job Description

Qualification And Needed Work Experience

Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage.

Professional Experience: Dynamic professional ranging from high-potential Fresh Graduates to experienced candidates with up to 35 years of experience in Project Control, PMO, or Operations Management, specifically within the Telecommunications industry.

Technical System & CRM Savvy: Proficiency in OWFM, OSPMS, and mobile reporting applications is a plus. Strong familiarity with CRM platforms to manage client relationships, track project touchpoints, and streamline data flow is highly preferred.

Advanced Analytics: Expert-level skills in Excel or Google Sheets for building internal dashboards, tracking KPIs, and conducting deep-dive data analysis.

Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Telecom standards, specifically Primary, Secondary, and Last Mile framework structures.

Process & Communication Discipline: Strong ability to implement and enforce RACI matrices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Proven track record of building robust communication methods to bridge gaps between field teams, internal departments, and clients.

High-Level Representation: Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to translate complex field data into clear, high-level insights, actively participate in critical management/client meetings, and accurately document action items.

Expanded Scope: The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our CRM ecosystem, ensuring seamless client communication, establishing strong internal communication protocols, and joining/facilitating key stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment across the board.

Key Responsibilities

Subcon Output Validation: Conduct daily audits of completion reports from GSAs/Subcons. Ensure all claims match the BOQ Descriptions and are backed by mandatory evidence (Sequential photos, GPS tags, and OTDR traces) in the Client Systems.

Revenue Assurance: Validate all field accomplishments to maintain a 0% rejection rate for the 5th-of-the-month billing submission.

Performance Tracking (SLI/SLR/Sales): Monitor real-time dashboards to track ticket velocity. Flag Aging tickets that are approaching the 7-day threshold to prevent penalties.

SLA Justification: Document and log all external delayssuch as LGU permitting, HOA access issues, and tower entry denialsto justify SLA extensions and protect the project score.

Reporting Cadence: Consolidate Start-of-Day (SOD) resource counts and End-of-Day (EOD) accomplishment reports. Generate the Sales Daily Report and respond to ad-hoc management data requests.

Master Data Keeping: Maintain and update the Master Reference for all the project and ensure all historicaldata is archived for quarterly audits.

Area Coordination: Act as the central hub for consolidating reports from all Regions, ensuring a unifiednarrative for the PMO Supervisor / Manager.The PCM is responsible for the end-to-end governance of project data, serving as the primarygatekeeper for subcontractor billing validation and performance reporting. While the Operations Team focuses on physical execution, the PCM ensures that every activity is accurately documented in the system (WFM/OSPMS/MCT) and aligned with the Master Reference of service lines. The role is critical for identifying SLA Clock-Stops due to external blockers (like permit delays) and ensuring the PMO remains audit-ready for the monthly billing cycle.
