Project Coordinator (Up to ₱35,000 - ₱50,000 | Work from Home | FREE AI Certification)

Philippines | 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT | Monday to Friday

As a Revenue Operations Project Coordinator, you will be working directly with the Director of Revenue Operations and partnering with Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, Finance, and external vendors for a US-based commercial landscaping company operating across multiple states. You will be the operational backbone behind CRM implementation projects, RFP and proposal submissions, and the day-to-day coordination work that keeps revenue operations running smoothly and strategically.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

  • Experience working with US companies/clients is a plus
  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, sales support, RFP/proposal coordination, or a similar business support role
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to engage professional stakeholders confidently
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency — particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook — along with Microsoft Teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining professional business documentation, including SOPs, process guides, or training materials

STRONG SIGNALS

  • Experience supporting CRM or other software implementation projects, including coordination during UAT or data migration phases
  • Hands-on experience managing RFP or proposal submission processes, including portal management and compliance with submission requirements
  • Familiarity with SharePoint or similar document management and collaboration platforms
  • Experience coordinating projects across multiple departments or business functions

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

RFP & Proposal Coordination

You own the end-to-end RFP and proposal submission process, keeping deadlines met and documentation submission-ready.

  • You coordinate the full RFP lifecycle from receipt through final submission in partnership with Sales Directors
  • You manage customer procurement portals, bid websites, vendor registration accounts, credentials, and supporting certifications
  • You review RFP requirements, proactively flag missing information, coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and approvals, and maintain organized submission records

CRM Implementation Support

You keep CRM implementation activities organized, documented, and on track in support of the Director of Revenue Operations.

  • You coordinate meetings with internal stakeholders and implementation partners, prepare agendas, capture notes, and distribute action items
  • You maintain project plans, action item trackers, timelines, and implementation documentation within SharePoint and shared repositories
  • You support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by executing predefined test scenarios, documenting results, tracking issues, and coordinating data preparation and validation activities

Project Coordination & Operational Support

You support Revenue Operations projects by keeping cross-functional initiatives organized, visible, and moving forward.

  • You coordinate project activities across Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, Finance, and external partners — tracking deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and outstanding action items
  • You maintain recurring Excel reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers while performing data validation and quality checks
  • You assist with SOP development, process documentation, knowledge base maintenance, and ad hoc Revenue Operations business initiatives as assigned
