Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities based on job orders and production schedules.
Assign manpower and coordinate production activities across printing, converting, finishing, packing, and other relevant processes.
Monitor production output, efficiency, quality, waste, and downtime against established targets.
Ensure products are manufactured according to approved artwork, specifications, work orders, samples, and quality standards.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- At least 1 year in Supervisory position
- Experience in the printing and packaging industry is an advantage
- Strong Supervisory Skills and Production Management experience
- Knowledge in the implementation of GHP, 15022000, ISO[TS22002-4:2018, FSSC22000 v5.1, FDA guidelines and other related standards related to Food Safety preferred
- Ability to manage and adhere to Production Schedules and Production Planning
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
