Job Description

Primary Function:

He/she is expected to render support and assistance within his/her section and others in achieving the overall company goals and targets.

Responsible for overseeing and monitoring all activities related to the production of flexible printed circuits following a pre-set production schedule in order that the required quantity of production is met at the specified quality levels and the lowest possible cost.

Job Requirements:

  • College Graduate (at least 4 year course but preferably Engineering graduate).
  • With at least 3 to 5 year experience as production supervisor in manufacturing company.
  • Knowledgeable in FPC manufacturing processes.
  • Can effectively communicate.
  • MS Office
  • Strong background in handling people.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Customer Service oriented.
  • Keen to detail, work with minimum supervision, with good analytical and critical thinking.
  • Knowledgeable in FMEA, SPC, Why Why Analysis, OCAP and Production Planning
