We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Production Line Supervisor to lead and oversee operations within our UHT Production line, ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective production processes

About the Role

The Production Line Supervisor (UHT Production) is responsible for ensuring the consistent, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the UHT production line by meeting daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability of raw materials, manpower, and utilities necessary for smooth production operations.

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily UHT production operations to achieve production targets and operational efficiency

•Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, GMP, and HACCP standards

• Coordinate with Warehouse, Engineering, QA, and Supply Chain teams to support uninterrupted operations

• Monitor production performance, line efficiency, downtime, and wastage

• Implement corrective actions to address operational issues and improve productivity

• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment

• Lead daily production meetings, coaching sessions, and team briefings

• Prepare and maintain production reports and operational documentation

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects

• Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Technology, or related field

• At least 2–4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or food production environment

• Experience in UHT, beverage, dairy, or aseptic processing operations is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of production planning, food safety, and quality systems

• Proven leadership and people management skills• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting systems.
