Job Description
Responsible for managing a product/product line from pre-sales to post-sales, ensuring that it meets market demands and customer requirements. He/She will work closely with Training Center Manager, and other departments to deliver excellent product presentations, training, customer service, and drive revenue for the training center.
Key Responsibilities
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE: Maintain a deep understanding of the assigned products/brand (e-learning platforms, certifications, etc.) including features, benefits, target market profile, and market trends.
MARKET ANALYSIS: Analyze assigned segment trends and identify potential opportunities and understanding customer bottle necks for better product positioning.
SALES STRATEGY & REVENUE GENERATION: Collaborate with technical team, marketing, and training team to develop effective selling strategies to ensure targets are met religiously.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT & RELATIONSHIP BUILDING: Provide customer support related to assigned products (e.g., licensing, product demo, installation, basic product knowledge, and answering inquiries) and expected to build long-term business relationships with clients.
COACHING: Provide coaching session for junior sales consultants/new hires regarding best practices and selling strategies.
ADMINISTRATIVE: Prepare proposals, costings, and other reports necessary to successfully close a deal, monitor sales forecast, and measure product performance.
