PURPOSE
To support the development and execution of marketing strategies for our IT products and solutions. This role will focus on market research, content creation, sales enablement, and campaign execution to drive product awareness and customer engagement.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to support product positioning and messaging.
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Assist in developing clear and compelling product messaging that aligns with customer pain points and industry trends.
- Content Development: Create product-related content, including blog posts, case studies, product brochures, website copy, and email campaigns.
- Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and training materials to support the sales team.
- Campaign Execution: Support the planning and execution of product marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, and webinars.
- Customer Insights & Feedback: Gather customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and engagement data to help refine product marketing strategies.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product management, sales, and demand generation teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics related to product marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- May require working beyond normal business hours, including weekends and holidays to meet project deadlines or address urgent client issues
Minimum Education
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum Experience/Training
- At least 1-3 years experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or a related role (IT or software industry experience preferred).
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging content.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Competency
- Experience in B2B marketing within the IT industry.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for marketing materials.
