The main objective of the Product Specialist is to provide lifelong product analysis for Digital Payments with the goal of suggesting possible improvements to its processes and features. This responsibility encompasses studying the competition to see what is already on the market, and what upgrades can be introduced to create a better or more useful product. This role also includes supporting Home Credit's digital payment processes across different streams.
Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Digital Payments KPI management, monitoring and reporting:
- Regularly monitor, analyze, synthesize and report KPIs giving regular status updates to stakeholders
- Determine new KPIs as necessary, how results will be measured, how well results are achieved and the connected performance drivers
- Complete post-project evaluation for new initiatives and iterate KPI management as necessary
Support BAU
- Identify and initiate continuous improvement projects for Digital Payments based on KPIs
- Ideate, create business cases for new features, propose improvement areas and iterations
- Continuously perform benchmarking and competitor analysis of Digital Payments products and features
- Continuously track and keep stakeholders updated of Digital Payments trends and market needs
- Develop a pipeline of improvement projects and best practices for Digital Payments product
- Collaborate and be accountable with Product Owner, Project Managers, Project Sponsor, and stakeholders on Digital Payments initiatives to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing
- Clearly communicate improvement expectations to team members and stakeholders
- Manage relationship with in-house and 3rd party partners upon transition to business as usual
Best Practice Sharing
- Sharing best practice between HCPH teams by collaborating on projects, products, and features with other teams within and outside Online
What You Should Have
- With at least 2 years experience as a Product specialist or an equivalent role
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Excellent writing skills to prepare detailed reports
- Familiarity with data analytics
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable goals
- Critical thinking skills to recommend original and productive ideas
- Advanced MS Excel skills
