SwissPine Tech is seeking a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support a leading European PropTech partner that is transforming how commercial landlords manage and market their spaces.
As a key team member, you will own product messaging and go-to-market execution, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact across all customer touchpoints. You will work at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, turning complex platform features into compelling stories that drive adoption and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:- Product Messaging & Positioning: Develop clear, differentiated messaging and value propositions that communicate product benefits and customer value effectively.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Lead go-to-market launches for new features in close collaboration with Product teams, including developing messaging frameworks, email campaigns, landing pages, and sales materials.
- Sales Enablement: Create and maintain sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, competitive comparisons, and client-specific materials to support Sales and Account Management.
- Website Content Ownership: Own the structure, quality, and messaging of the website, including new pages, feature pages, and content improvements driven by Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Onboarding & Help Content: Produce or oversee onboarding and help center content (e.g., articles, guides, walkthrough scripts) to support product adoption and customer success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales to understand localization and asset needs, and with Product to stay aligned with the roadmap and user benefits.
- Campaign Support: Provide strategic input for social media posts and campaign content related to product launches and updates.
Qualifications:Must-Have Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B SaaS marketing, or a similar role.
- Strategic Messaging: Strong ability to translate complex product features into clear, compelling customer value propositions.
- Sales Enablement: Proven experience working closely with Product and Sales teams to create effective sales assets.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a structured and detail-oriented working style.
- Project Management: Comfort managing multiple stakeholders and parallel projects in a remote environment.
- Data-Driven: A mindset focused on impact, metrics, and conversion.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the PropTech, Real Estate, or Retail industries.
- Knowledge of German or French is a strong advantage.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and help desk software (e.g., Freshdesk).
