You own the strategic bridge between product capabilities and market adoption, ensuring every new feature is positioned for maximum impact and every marketing workflow is built to scale. Your day-to-day involves translating complex technical specifications into clear narratives, leading cross-functional go-to-market strategies, and optimizing the marketing technology stack to track the entire lead lifecycle.

This role operates cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and RevOps in a U.S.-based SaaS environment. You thrive here if you naturally connect strategy to execution, simplify complexity without losing depth, and take ownership of both narrative clarity and system performance.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 3-5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing Strategy, or a hybrid Product Marketing/Marketing Ops role within B2B SaaS
• Hands-on experience managing marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pardot/Marketing Cloud) to own lead lifecycle and attribution models.
• Proven track record of leading go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and translating technical platform features into sales enablement tools and customer-facing content.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or fintech environments.
• Willingness to work the night shift to align with U.S. business hours in a permanent WFH setup.

• Proven track record in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
• Advanced Excel or data visualization skills for marketing performance reporting.

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

GTM Strategy & Positioning

You own the market narrativeensuring every feature launch translates into clear customer value and competitive differentiation.

• Lead GTM execution for new features and platform enhancements.
• Develop internal enablement assets, including one-pagers, FAQs, and sales tools.
• Synthesize market and usage insights to identify friction in user adoption.

Marketing Operations & Infrastructure

You own the technical foundationensuring the marketing tech stack is optimized, integrated, and measurable.

• Administer marketing automation workflows and system architecture.
• Manage lead attribution logic and lifecycle stage handoffs to Sales Ops.
• Maintain website tracking and data integrity across all marketing systems.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

You own the feedback loopturning raw campaign and system data into actionable strategic shifts.

• Execute experimentation roadmaps, including A/B testing and CRO initiatives.
• Provide factual, objective reporting on funnel performance to leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve engagement based on usage data.
