Job Summary:
The Senior Digital Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that promote our products across various online platforms. This role requires expertise in digital marketing channels, analytics, and content creation to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
How will you contribute:
Digital Product Positioning & Go-to-Market Strategy
- Develop digital product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates unique features and value propositions.
- Craft go-to-market strategies for digital product launches, ensuring strong positioning across digital channels.
- Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing efforts with product roadmaps and release schedules.
User Acquisition & Growth Marketing
- Design and implement digital marketing campaigns focused on acquiring new users for digital products through channels such as social media, search ads, email, and content marketing.
- Use data-driven insights to segment audiences and personalize campaigns, maximizing user acquisition and conversion rates.
- Develop and execute strategies for driving app downloads, user sign-ups, and trial-to-paid conversions.
Customer Engagement & Retention
- Create and manage campaigns that engage existing users, encouraging ongoing product usage and customer retention.
- Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to deliver personalized, lifecycle-based marketing campaigns that keep users engaged.
- Monitor user feedback and analytics to identify opportunities for enhancing the user experience and improving retention rates.
Product-Led Content & Campaign Development
- Develop content strategies that showcase the benefits, features, and use cases of digital products across multiple platforms.
- Create educational and promotional content, including blogs, webinars, videos, product tutorials, and case studies.
- Lead efforts to optimize landing pages, in-app messaging, and user onboarding experiences to improve product adoption and engagement.
Digital Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) related to digital product marketing campaigns, using insights to optimize performance.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine marketing messaging, creative, and user journeys.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to product, marketing, and leadership teams.
Collaboration & Product Marketing Support
- Partner with product managers, UX/UI designers, and sales teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with product goals and customer needs.
- Support the sales team by creating product marketing collateral, including pitch decks, demo videos, and competitive comparison guides.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure continuous innovation.
What will make you successful:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing/advertising with focus on product/brands, with at least 2 years in a senior marketing or advertising role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience in launching new product is preferable
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social listening tools)
- Experience in planning and executing on-the-ground marketing events and activities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
