Job Description

  • Source and purchase goods and services required by the company.

  • Prepare purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and track deliveries.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and budget guidelines.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any supply-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and vendor management.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with procurement software is a plus.
