Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Planning Engineer based in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing project plans, coordinating production schedules, monitoring project progress, and implementing project control measures. Daily tasks involve analyzing project data, providing detailed scheduling and reporting, and ensuring that projects meet deadlines, budget, and specifications while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Relevant Skills

•⁠ ⁠PERT-CPM training or part of his daily task

•⁠ ⁠CE graduate with Construction Management 

Qualifications

• At least 3-4 years experience as planner for fit-out
• Preferably with prior supervisorial functions
• Expertise in Planning and Project Control to develop, monitor, and adjust schedules
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to evaluate project data and identify efficiencies
• Experience in Production Planning to coordinate resources and optimize workflows
• Excellent Communication Skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with tools like project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Professional license or relevant certifications in project management are advantageous
