Join our remote team as a Performance Marketing Specialist who will:

• Drive measurable ROI through strategic campaign management across Meta and Google advertising platforms

• Implement precise tracking systems using GTM, conversion tagging, and attribution solutions

• Optimize the complete customer journey from ad creative to landing page performance

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute high-converting Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for Fintech clients

• Set up and maintain comprehensive tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager

• Implement advanced pixel and tag deployment with thorough QA testing

• Create data-driven attribution models to optimize marketing spend

• Analyze campaign performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies

• Collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling ad assets that convert

• Scale successful campaigns while maintaining quality and ROI targets

• Stay current with platform updates and emerging ad technologies

Required Technical Skills

• 1+ year of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with demonstrated ROI

• 1+ year of experience with Google Ads, particularly in search and display networks

• Solid proficiency with Google Tag Manager implementation and troubleshooting

• Strong knowledge of conversion tracking methodologies across platforms

• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and statistical significance analysis

• Data-driven approach with ability to interpret analytics to inform strategy

• Understanding of customer journey mapping and attribution modeling
