Your Role
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in omnichannel marketing to join our team. This role will involve managing campaigns across multiple platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating closely with leaders and onshore teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly.
What You Will Do
Manage and optimize digital campaigns across 2–3 channels, including Programmatic, Social (Facebook), and PPC (Google Ads).
Utilize Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics to track and analyze campaign performance.
Troubleshoot campaign issues and provide actionable insights to improve results.
Collaborate with internal leaders and onshore teams to ensure alignment on campaign strategies and execution.
Prepare performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications
At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management.
Hands-on experience with Omnichannel marketing across at least 2–3 platforms (Programmatic, Social, PPC).
Advanced skills in Google Tag Manager and GA4
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify actionable insights.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Undergraduates may be considered if they meet the skills requirements.
Willingness to work on night shifts, and must have a stable internet connection for a remote work setup
