Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for owning the day-to-day execution and optimization of Solviva's paid media operations across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok. This person will be the daily point of contact with our agency partner, monitoring funnel performance, and translating data into actionable insights. This role requires a data-driven marketer who thrives on testing, iteration, and gets energized by watching the numbers move.

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Own the day-to-day relationship with our paid media agency, coordinating campaign execution, testing roadmaps, and performance optimization.
  • Monitor paid media and CRM funnel performance daily, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and flagging issues early.
  • Manage A/B testing coordination across audiences, creative formats, offers, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Ensure proper UTM tracking and basic channel attribution to understand which campaigns and partners drive the best results.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for the Marketing Head and leadership team.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including CAC, ROAS, MQL/SQL conversion rates, and overall marketing efficiency.
  • Conduct basic cohort analysis to understand customer performance by acquisition channel and campaign, informing budget allocation decisions.

Creative Strategy & Coordination

  • Translate performance data into actionable creative briefs, analyzing patterns in messaging, formats, and creative approaches to guide what's working and what needs refreshing.
  • Coordinate content production timelines across teams to ensure a steady pipeline of fresh creative assets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams including Design, CRM/Tech, Sales, Customer Experience, and Consumer Finance to optimize the customer journey and ensure proper tracking implementation and data integrity.

Qualifications and Skills

Education & Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field
  • 3-5 years of performance marketing experience in B2B, B2B2C, or complex/considered-purchase B2C environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads you know how to build, test, and scale campaigns profitably across these platforms
  • Basic grasp of unit economics: understand CAC, ROAS, and how your campaigns impact overall business profitability
  • Full-funnel optimization experience: you understand how awareness, consideration, and conversion work together
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and tracking marketing performance through to sales outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and GA4
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, growth-stage environments
  • Agency background preferred you've managed multiple clients/accounts with accountability to performance metrics

Nice to Have

  • TikTok advertising experience
  • Experience with Odoo or similar CRM platforms
  • Background in solar, home improvement, financial services, or other high-consideration purchases
