The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for all paid ad initiatives encompassing Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Search, and other relevant acquisition channels. This role will be on top of overall acquisition strategies, AB Testing planning, and optimizations, to help scale the lead generation efforts of the company.

Relevant Experience
At least 3 years of work experience as a Performance Marketer or Digital Marketer with proven experience of scaling acquisition for businesses/brands
Deep knowledge and experience with Google Ads, Search,Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaigns Manager
B2B experience is a plus
Description of Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
Own performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPL, and LTV
Run A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversion rates
Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through weekly reporting
Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging
Identify new growth opportunities, platforms, and audience segments
Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing
Skills Requirements
Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Search, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaigns Manager
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models
Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio,Excel, or similar
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear decisions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment
Excellent computer literacy especially writing programs (e.g.,Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
Strict adherence to the style guides or brand guidelines of the company and their policies for publication.
Excellent time management skills (e.g., prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting quickly)
Deep understanding and familiarity with the company's brand image, products, and services
