Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll Specialist based in Bian, Philippines. The Payroll Specialist will process employee payroll, ensure the accuracy of payments, and manage payroll-related taxes and documentation. Key responsibilities include handling payroll deductions and garnishments, maintaining precise payroll records, and delivering excellent payroll services while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Payroll Administration, Payroll Processing, and Payroll Services
• Familiarity with Payroll Taxes and compliance requirements
• Experience in managing Garnishments and accurate payroll deductions
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in payroll software and basic accounting principles
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site setting and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage
