We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing while providing excellent support to employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws, policies, and procedures
- Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Partner with HR and Finance on payroll-related matters
- Maintain payroll records with strict confidentiality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of payroll supervisory experience or extensive experience as a payroll partner
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
