Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasig for a Payroll Specialist. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll processing, ensuring compliance with payroll taxes and garnishments, and handling payroll inquiries. The role involves accurately maintaining payroll records, generating reports, and resolving discrepancies to ensure timely salary disbursement. Collaboration with HR and accounting teams to ensure a smooth payroll process is also a key part of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing
• Knowledge in payroll compliance, including Payroll Taxes
• Experience in Payroll Services, with attention to accuracy and timeliness
• Proficiency in payroll software and systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with relevant labor laws and tax regulations in the Philippines
