Responsible in processing bi-monthly payroll activities for all employees
Reviews employment data prior to processing a pay run and coordinates with Human Resources and other department's personnel corrections and adjustments as needed.
Handles payroll related issues and proactively initiates solutions
Update payroll records as appropriate
Qualifications
With at least 1 2 years of Experience in End to end Payroll Processing
End-to-end Payroll Administration Timekeeping and Computation including the Final Pay computation of Separated/Inactive employees
Full Process and Administration of 13th month Pay, Cash Conversion of Leaves and Allowances
Ensure Accurate Payroll Calculations and Deductions
Checking of Timesheets for Accuracy and Compliance
Application of Bank Account Numbers
Ensure Smooth Communication with Employees and Timely Resolution to their Queries
Work closely with Compensation and Benefits and HR representatives to verify the accuracy of all employee HR and Benefits changes, new hire entries, terminations, and other payroll-related maintenance items
Handles New Hire Orientation
Demonstrated ability to work with different MS Office Tools such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc
Provide reports and assistance to Operations, other departments and other team members, as needed
