Job Summary
Responsible for creating accurate garment patterns for tops and/or bottoms, ensuring proper fit, quality, and readiness for production.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop patterns for tops and/or bottoms
- Interpret design sketches, tech packs, and measurements
- Perform pattern drafting, grading, and marker making
- Use pattern-making software (e.g., Gerber)
- Work closely with designers and sample makers for fitting and revisions
- Adjust patterns based on fitting results and production requirements
- Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness of patterns
Qualifications
- Experience in pattern making for tops and/or bottoms
- Proficient in Gerber
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and fitting
- Detail-oriented and highly accurate
- Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple styles
