Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Paralegal role based in Cebu. The Paralegal will assist legal teams by preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining case files, drafting legal correspondence, and supporting attorneys in various legal matters as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge of law and legal concepts
• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience being a paralegal
• Proficiency in legal document preparation and review
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Proficiency in using office software and legal research tools
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or a related field
• Prior experience in legal support, especially in banking or corporate law, is a plus
