Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant located in Cebu. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and supporting the accounting team with various tasks. Daily activities include processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Junior Accountant will also assist with audits, budget preparations, and providing financial reports to management.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in financial record-keeping, account reconciliation, and preparation of accurate financial statements.
• Extensive experience in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Solid knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
• Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Accounting experience preferred; CPA certification is an advantage.
• Prior work experience in the real estate industry is considered a plus.
