Job Description

The Paralegal provides legal and administrative support by preparing documents, conducting research, organizing case files, and assisting in the coordination of legal processes. The role ensures that all legal tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

  • Draft, review, and proofread legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, letters, memoranda, and agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings related to laws, regulations, and cases.
  • Organize, maintain, and update legal files, records, and case folders.
  • Assist in preparing materials for hearings, meetings, and legal proceedings.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, government agencies, and external partners for document submissions, filings, and legal requirements.
  • Monitor deadlines, schedules, and compliance requirements (e.g., permits, contracts, renewals).
  • Handle notarization, document authentication, and follow-ups with courts, agencies, or law offices.
  • Prepare minutes, reports, and summaries for legal-related discussions or cases.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all legal records and sensitive information.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as may be assigned by the management or Human Resource Head.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or related course.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years experience as a paralegal or in a legal support role
  • Strong understanding of legal procedures, terminology, and documentation.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
  • Work setup: Onsite at Paranaque, Compressed Work Schedule
