Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information on Philippine laws and regulations.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing routine legal documents and correspondence.
- Coordinate with the Corporate Secretary (for support in corporate governance matters, including board meetings and minutes), external and internal Legal counsel (for escalating complex legal documents) and government agencies as needed.
- Perform other administrative and legal support tasks (handling, scanning, and filing documents).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Paralegal Studies, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Paralegal, preferably in a corporate or legal setting for minimum 2 years
- Strong understanding of Philippine laws and legal procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
