Role Description
The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the organization to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities include managing resources, streamlining operational processes, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also requires fostering collaboration among departments, analyzing operational data, and recommending improvements for cost reduction and productivity enhancement. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cordillera Administrative Region, Philippines.

- Proficiency in project management and organizational leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and using tools for performance tracking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to operations and workplace safety
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
