Job Description
Administrative Support
Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Operations Manager.
Coordinate and manage paperwork, ensuring all files and documents are up to date and properly organized.
Report Consolidation
Compile and consolidate various operational reports (monthly business review template, Mancomm reports, etc.)
Ensure reports are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
Daily Meetings
Facilitate daily coordination meetings (DCMs), ensuring key action items are addressed.
Take meeting notes and follow up on assigned tasks or decisions.
Ensure communication and updates flow smoothly across different teams.
Invoice Processing
Process and review incoming invoices to ensure they are accurate and compliant with company policies.
Maintain records of all invoices and ensure timely submission for payment.
4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any business-related course.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
1-2 year experience with administrative tasks is a plus.
