Primary Responsibilities:
- Support food court operations by assisting in managing janitorial, security, and manpower services to maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate tenant relations by addressing lease and operational concerns, attending meetings, and conducting facility quality audits.
- Oversee merchandise and stock handling to ensure accurate inventory, timely distribution, and prevention of losses or breakages.
- Manage administrative tasks such as report preparation, document processing, and accurate tenant billing.
- Promote learning and growth through continuous training, skill development, and participation in talent development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in food industry or in the related field is required. Experienced employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Food Technology, Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- Knowledge in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- With good communication skills
- Amenable to be on shifting schedule and working on weekends/holidays.
- Willing to be assigned at SM City Olongapo Central.
