The Operations Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Mall Operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate documentation, and efficient coordination with internal departments and external partners. The role plays a vital part in maintaining operational excellence in line with Robinsons Malls service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Operations Director including calendar management, filing, and correspondence.
  • Prepare, encode, and monitor operations-related documents, communications, and reports.
  • Coordinate and follow up with Mall Operations Teams.
  • Monitor office supplies and requisitions to ensure availability of necessary tools for daily operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports such as foot traffic, mall performance data, and incident logs.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Operations Director.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in administrative or operations support roles; mall or retail experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig.
