The Operations Assistant supports the Operations Head in preparing reports, monitoring collections and payments, managing inventory, and handling documentation for ROPA properties. The role also coordinates property maintenance, ensures proper record-keeping, and assists in budgeting and other administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and coordinate payments, billings, and documents for ROPA properties
Prepare reports on association dues and property expenses
Coordinate with internal units and service providers for property maintenance
Monitor payments, maintain records, and safekeep property keys
Manage unit inventory and assist in CAPEX preparation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Fresh graduates welcome
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Office; detail-oriented and organized
