The Role
As our first employee, you'll be the operational glue that holds everything together. This is a broad, hands-on role covering product operations, consultant onboarding, payments, customer support, and marketing execution.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Product & Platform Operations
- Test the Gig app end-to-end and report bugs, issues, and UX improvements
- Act as the day-to-day liaison with our development team
- Help prioritise fixes and improvements based on user feedback
- Document workflows and operating processes as we build them (and improve them)
Consultant Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify, reach out to, and recruit qualified consultants for the platform
- Manage consultant onboarding, verification, and setup
- Create and maintain onboarding guides, FAQs, and training materials
- Support consultants with questions, issues, and best-practice usage
Payments & Compliance
- Validate video call logs and completed consults
- Prepare and manage consultant payment runs
- Troubleshoot payment or reconciliation issues
- Maintain accurate records and basic reporting
Marketing & Growth Execution
- Execute marketing campaigns across email, social, and other digital channels
- Support community building and engagement for consultants
- Track campaign performance and help iterate based on results
- Assist with content coordination (not necessarily creating all content)
Customer Support & Experience
- Be the first point of contact for customer questions, issues, and complaints
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Capture feedback and translate it into product or process improvements
Who We're Looking For
You don't need to know everything—but you do need to be smart, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out.
Required
- 2+ years experience in a digital role (startup, SaaS, operations, support, marketing, or similar)
- Strong digital literacy—comfortable with apps, dashboards, workflows, and online tools
- Must have experience in creating AI agents
- Excellent written English and clear communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Based in the Philippines with a stable internet connection
Nice to Have
- Experience working with startups or early-stage companies
- Familiarity with marketplaces, SaaS platforms, or fintech/payments
- Experience in customer support, onboarding, or operations
- Light marketing or campaign execution experience
- Builder mindset—happy to create processes from scratch
