Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Employee Operations

  • Own and manage the full onboarding lifecycle for new hires across the region.
  • Coordinate documentation, equipment, systems access, and orientation schedules.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across platforms.

Compliance & Labor Law

  • Ensure all onboarding processes adhere to local and regional labor regulations.
  • Partner with internal teams to implement compliant contract templates, onboarding workflows, and documentation standards.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and support the business in implementing necessary adjustments.

Delivery & Client Team Support

  • Work closely with Delivery leads to ensure smooth project staffing and operational alignment.
  • Serve as an operations liaison with client teams to support project readiness and employee deployment.
  • Anticipate operational issues and proactively provide solutions.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, People & Talent, Delivery, and Client Operations.
  • Handle sensitive or escalated situations with maturity, confidence, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Influence stakeholders to drive alignment, ensure compliance, and maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, HR operations, onboarding, or workforce administration
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Experience working with regional or global teams is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage difficult stakeholders in a professional and solution‑oriented manner
