Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Employee Operations
- Own and manage the full onboarding lifecycle for new hires across the region.
- Coordinate documentation, equipment, systems access, and orientation schedules.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across platforms.
Compliance & Labor Law
- Ensure all onboarding processes adhere to local and regional labor regulations.
- Partner with internal teams to implement compliant contract templates, onboarding workflows, and documentation standards.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and support the business in implementing necessary adjustments.
Delivery & Client Team Support
- Work closely with Delivery leads to ensure smooth project staffing and operational alignment.
- Serve as an operations liaison with client teams to support project readiness and employee deployment.
- Anticipate operational issues and proactively provide solutions.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, People & Talent, Delivery, and Client Operations.
- Handle sensitive or escalated situations with maturity, confidence, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Influence stakeholders to drive alignment, ensure compliance, and maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in operations, HR operations, onboarding, or workforce administration
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and compliance requirements
- Experience working with regional or global teams is a plus
- Proven ability to manage difficult stakeholders in a professional and solution‑oriented manner
