Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HRBP Manager to support business leaders in a fast-paced fintech environment. This role will act as a trusted partner to drive people strategies aligned with business goals, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support rapid growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and calibration.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive company culture.
  • Manage employee relations concerns, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support change management initiatives in a dynamic and evolving fintech environment.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and manpower planning.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Support compensation and benefits programs in alignment with market trends.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 6–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in an HRBP or managerial role.
  • Industry Context: Experience in fintech, banking, lending, or financial services industry is highly preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders; strong background in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting high-growth or startup environments.
  • Exposure to regional or global HR operations.
  • Background in data-driven HR or HR analytics.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) are an advantage.
