Responsible for supporting the Manager for Entertainment Sales in daily tasks and special projects, including assistance with ticket selling and event promotion. The role also provides support to the Entertainment Tea, across other administrative and operational areas.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gather materials and information on local and international entertainment aligned with the Solaire brand.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of artists, industry trends, and competitors entertainment offerings.
- Prepare the weekly Entertainment meeting deck and accurately document the Minutes of the Meeting.
- Manage bookings for The Space and The Theatre, including all associated requirements and documentation.
- Handle Solaire-produced, sponsored, and partnership events efficiently from planning through execution.
- Coordinate with Theatre clients regarding their event requirements and operational needs.
- Coordinate with the Digital and Marketing Services team to ensure timely submission, review, and approval of event artworks.
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to extend work hours as required during Entertainment events
Requirements
- Work experience: 12 years experience in Sales & Marketing, and/or Entertainment-related jobs even as an intern or as a college student.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power-point, Outlook, Canva, and related applications. Good AI knowledge is an advantage.
- Effective negotiation and problem solving skills
- Able to handle pressure with composure and grace.
